Born and raised in Toronto, Rachel Hayward has been acting professionally since the age of seventeen. Currently living in Vancouver, BC Rachel will be starring in Animal Planet's world premiere dramatic series CALL OF THE WILD Inspired by Jack London's classic novel. Other recent credits include a series lead on Chris Carter's (X-FILES) latest series HARSH REALM. Rachel has appeared in a number of other television series including Robert Altman's KILLER APP, Francis Ford Coppola's FIRST WAVE, MILLENNIUM, STARGATE 2070, THE NET, SLIDERS, and such made-for television movies as DEADLOCKED and A VOYAGE OF TERROR.
